Number of rooms: 152 rooms Location: Strategically located in the heart of Beijing's business and embassy Region San Li Tun, chaoyang District, Location within 6km to Beijing Railway Station, 25minutes to Airport, and 58minutes to Great wall. Near Tian an men square, Zhong Guan Cun"silicon Valley", and the Olympic Village. Various shopping malls and the famous "bar street" are within walking distance. Style: service apartment style Restaurants: Lobby cafe, Red Bean Chinese Restaurant, Western Restaurant, Attractions: complimentary continental breakfast, complimentary China Daily newspaper, Free broadband internet access in each room.

if you are looking for full service hotel with shiny new rooms - look somewhere else, but also prepare to pay 3-4 times price. If, however, you are looking for a clean room, especially for a family of 4, for a decent price and within walking distance from markets and bars - this is best value-for-money option I could find.
A few thing are "missing", like plates, bowls and utensils or laundry powder, even though the appliances are there to cook and do the laundry. But you can always go out and buy it in nearby shops. Only two people breakfast is included even if the room is for 4 people.
Location is awesome, 10-15 min walk to bars, shops and markets. Staff is friendly and happy to resolve any problem you may have with the room or booking.
Overall, it is not 5 star hotel, but for the price I paid I think I've got a very good deal.
