overall our stay at Tara Hotel was present,hotel staffs were helpful,but we were upset that they had to charge us USD5.00 for a drinking glass that we broke it in our room, which is ridicularly high for a glass.
I think its real good value for money. Location is not too far from town (paid US 1 by tuk-tuk to town). Hotel is clean, comfortable and fairly new. Free internet usage. My only complaint would be that the water pressure was a bit slow and shower was not satisfying as the water kept going hot & cold.
Good and clean room but no sound proof. Therefore we could here people talking in the other room and the traffic. Overall a very good hotel and they offer free bikes so we made full use out of it to go to temples which is quite near from the hotel.
