The service was a cut above and all staff extremely helpful and friendly. Many extras were given including nightly gifts and drinks or fruit at tge pool and restaurants. Food was great andwell priced for a five-star hotel. Unfortunately the steam room and other facilities were not available during our stay due to renovation.
The hotel is a quiet and green harbour within walking distance of sieam reap center. Its architecture is a grand display of the surrounding region with tonlep lake. The mango smoothie for breakfast is a must.
Great service esp by the hotel Manager, Ayub. The staff made a difference. They were friendly, helpful and made me feel very comfortable during my stay.
