Royal Crown Hotel

We got a twin bed although I have made special request for double bed. The receptionist did not inform us this.I was expecting them to at least inform us prior to check in ( as would have been done, SOMETIMES by some other hotels).
Nonetheless, I have noted that hotels tend to give the LEAST popular rooms to internet booking customers, maybe because of the cheaper rate we are paying.I hope this trend will stop.
However, the location is very convenient as it is short walking distance to the old market (where you can find lots of restaurants, shopping, massage outlets day & night) but still hidden away for the noise hustle & bustle.

To improve, they should provide coffee/tea making facilities and more tourist information at the lobby.

Very nice hotel, great rooms, breakfast was great too (buffet), but the hotel seems to cater for tour groups, not independent travellers. They were not particularly helpful when we asked questions (such as confirming flights - they just said "do it yourself", and asking about where to hire bicycles - they said "we show you later")
