Large hotel with many big rooms, quality fittings, but rather old and dingy. Still good value for money, with very comfortable beds (the best mattresses and pillows we've come across in Cambodia!), an extensive and tasty breakfast, and good service.
The location is very good, the rooms are big, the staff is very kind and the price very fair.
This hotel should not be rated a 4-star hotel. Their bathroom facilities suck. The water in the bathroom overflows, the toilets are blocked and the toilet flushes do not work. All in all, their bathroom facilities should be overhauled and changed. The personnel are not so helpful. I would not recommend this hotel.
