This hotel was a great value for the money paid. The reservations desk was helpful in planning my tour of Phnom Penh. The breakfast was free and quite good actually. I would consider staying at this hotel if I return to Phnom Penh.
the rooms with out window, very bad !!!!
refurbishment being carried out during our stay, it was very noisey and much dust found its way into our room.
