Review from a business traveler: Internet too slow to use Skype, and in many rooms it is difficult / impossible to connect. If your work requires you to be online a lot, consider another hotel.
Rooms are well-maintained, but old.
Food and drink inside the hotel are expensive and not very good. Opt for a trip to the riverside instead.

We had a lovely stay at the Juliana Hotel in Phnom Penh. The staff were very willing to help us in organising our trips and arranged a transfer to the bus station for our onward journey, including a hotel pick-up, which was exactly what we needed. Their list of recommended Taxi drivers was very useful and Mr Phat was an excellent driver for the day and great value for money! We would definitely recommend this hotel for visitors wanting to see the city and have a relaxing time by the pool.

Hotel itself o.k. but Location ist far away from Riverside or Nationalmuseum. Good Breakfast.
