Hernals Hotels

Hernals, the 17th district of Vienna, is one of the city’s greenest areas. It lies along the canals of the Als River, west of Vienna, between the Wienerwald (Vienna Forest) and the Gürtel (the city’s outer ring road). Riddled with sightseeing opportunities, with churches, spas, the Alszauberbrunnen (Als magic wells), the Schloss Neuwaldegg (castle) and picturesque Schwarzenbergpark (park), it has a lot to offer. Museum buffs will enjoy meandering around Hernals District History Museum and the Rettungs Museum. The area has a good infrastructure, with a umber of hotels, dining spots and shopping and is serviced by public transport to/from inner Vienna and surrounds.
