The Killarney Beach House, just ten minutes from Port Fairy and Warrnambool, is a modern family home set on four acres in front of the ocean. A superb boutique accommodation that is warm and welcoming with tasteful surroundings. All rooms are non smoking** with ensuite shower facilities and king beds. Thanks to its location, the Killarney Beach House is the ideal starting point for local excursions to Tower Hill State Reserve, Logan's Beach and Warrnambool, Port Fairy, The Crags etc.

A selection of books (especially cook books) will help you to relax while you enjoy your complimentary Slitti's artisan chocolate and glass of dessert wine, or you can just have a walk on the beach (direct access from the property).

The rooms can accommodate up to two adult guests: we are a specialty couples only property and we do not accommodate children/infants. Breakfast can be eaten in your room or in our cafe in Port Fairy. A gourmet continental breakfast is included with room rate, with the absolutely delicious Farmer Jo toasted muesli with honey and Greek style yogurt, fruit salad, fruit juice and a choice of coffee, teas or hot chocolate. Also, our guest can enjoy a complimentary afternoon coffee and cake in our cafe in Port Fairy.

We are more than happy to arrange fresh flowers or a chocolates tasting plate for a special occasion.

We are not manned 24 hours therefore would appreciate if you could advise us of an arrival time and provide a mobile number to send you an access code to the property.
