17 rooms including two spa rooms, four family rooms (two of which have fully self-contained kitchens) and one room that can sleep six people. We provide free wifi free BBQ free laundry. Situated on the Warrnambool side of town, we are in a quiet area surrounded by native trees yet still only a five minute walk to shops, pubs, and beach. We are surrounded by many famous attractions including the Twelve Apostles, Loch Ard Gorge and Gibson Steps to name a few. The area has many cheese factories and distilleries as well.
