Sunway Farm B & B and Rosebud Cottage

The four Star AAA rated Sunway Farm B & B and Rosebud Cottage has three in-house style suites and a self contained cottage. Our Emerald and Amethyst Suites have queen beds with adjoining ensuites while the Sapphire Suite offers a king size bed and single sofa bed for a third person with a spa in the ensuite. All suites have reverse cycle air conditioning. We also have Rosebud Cottage within the six acre grounds of Sunway which boasts two sizeable bedrooms - one with a queen size bed the other with a king size bed - both can be divided and can sleep four singles. The Cottage also has a comfortable lounge/dining room, bathroom and full kitchen. Provisions for a cooked breakfast are provided consisting of fruit, eggs, bacon, tomato and homemade relish. ... The property is close to wineries, restaurants and is just 3km from Healesville. You can relax at the Farm itself on six acres of pasture, bush and gardens where you can see kangaroos graze in the morning and at dusk or enjoy the Heated Swim Spa available to all guests within the B & B or Rosebud Cottage or just relax on the sizeable deck. Enjoy a cooked breakfast if you are staying in the Bed & Breakfast area served in the guest dining room with juice, toast and condiments provided. During summer relax on the open deck or laze in the Heated Swim Spa and in winter share the warmth of the wood fire heater and the stone hearth.
