Payment for your reservation will be processed at the time of making this online booking. Your payment is to Wotif Group acting as The Haymarket's agent and accordingly your credit card details are not supplied to the Hotel at time of booking. All guests must provide a credit (not debit) card at the time of check in. Cash and EFT are not acceptable forms of security and regrettably where a guest is unable to provide a credit card at check reservation will be cancelled. In the event that a third party credit card has been used to make this payment and the guest does not have a credit card in their name, a letter of authority must be received from the card holder prior to the arrival date confirming the authority of the guest to use the credit card as security and payment.
