Located on same land as Cottages for Two, a pair of spacious apartments (joined together) offering a double spa (STANDARD has BATH ONLY (no spa).with separate shower & toilet, large Queen bedroom where the Queen can split to 2 Queen singles, there is also an innerspring single day bed in the lounge. TV DVD CD player in lounge & TV in bedroom. R.V. Airconditioning. Kitchen same as Cottages for Two & outdoor patio with private BBQ. Undercover Parking at your door.NO CHILDREN:

Having now entered the family accommodation market we are delighted to present our
"Central Cowes Family Townhouses" group.

All Townhouse bathrooms have a 2 person DOUBLE SPA,
2 bedrooms sleeping 5-6 persons,
2 lounge rooms,2 toilets
full kitchen including dishwasher,
deck from the master bedroom & upstairs lounge room,
BBQ & deck from the ground floor lounge room...powder room with 2nd toilet & vanity downstairs
plus 2 double rollouts in the upstairs lounge....
3-4 TV's in each Townhouse + DVD video & CD players...
all have lock up garages.

Configurations may vary as does the furniture & fittings but all basic items remain the same i.e. beds, sofas & kitchens.

You are required to agree to the following conditions:

PET SURCHARGE $35 paid at CHECK-IN

Indoors allowed but NOT UPSTAIRS or on the furniture. Child stairgates are provided & installed free of charge for this purpose.

Your pet is not to be left alone in the Townhouses at anytime.

You are required to bring a sleeping bed/basket.

Towels to dry your pet after the beach (please check @ Office for dog friendly beaches)

All doggy doo to be removed from courtyard.
