Tara House Bed and Breakfast has a AAA rating of 4 Stars. Our Victorian homestead with has a variety of rooms with king/twin configurations and one queen room. All guest rooms have a private ensuite and are decorated in period style. All rooms have their own heating and ceiling fans and there is a fireplace in the guest lounges. DVDs, videos and Austar are also available.
A full cooked breakfast is included in the tariff and dinner can be organised by arrangement. Breakfast is provided in the dining room or guest lounge or outside on verandah or in garden if you wish. Welcoming tea/coffee, wine and local cheese is provided at 5.30pm with port and tokay available and chocolates abound.

We are located 1.2km from the main highway in town, 15 minutes to scenic lakes, 30 minutes to the ocean and two hours from the snow.
