No reservations will be accepted without a valid credit card in the name of the reservation. No Check in will be accepted after 23.00hrs Monday to Sunday. All reservations will be forfeited after these hours and the accommodation will be charged as per our cancellation policy. No refund will be given.

Guest must check in during reception hours. A $200 credit card per-auth will be required on arrival, otherwise a refund will not be available. Please also note photo-id must be presented on check-in. Quest Rosehill do not accept cash as a mean of security bond.

Quest Rosehill is a strictly non-smoking property. Where a smoke odour is detected in the apartment or its immediate surroundings, a $200.00 cleaning charge will be applied.

Secure undercover car parking. Parking also available for buses and high vehicles. Parking charge is $10 per night per vehicle.
