Reception hours are from 7.00am - 11.00pm Monday -Sunday. Guest MUST check in between these reception hours.

No reservations will be accepted without a valid credit card in the name of the reservation. No Check in will be accepted after 23:00hrs Monday to Sunday. All reservations will be forfeited after these hours and the accommodation will be charged as per our cancellation policy. No refund will be given.

A $200 credit card per-auth will be required on arrival, otherwise a refund will not be available. Please also note photo-id must be presented on check-in and a photocopy is to be retained by hotel. Quest Potts Point does not accept cash as a mean of security bond.

Quest Potts Point is a strictly non-smoking property. Where a smoke odor is detected in the apartment or its immediate surroundings, a $500.00 room refreshing charge will be applied.

Limited offsite car parking is available at $40 per day.Car parking is first comes first served. Please note that due to Reception hours Parking is only available between the hours of 7:00am - 11.00pm Monday - Sunday
