Freestyle Resort Port Douglas is specifically designed to suit our unique tropical climate. The classic North Queenslander features over-hanging roofs, verandahs, shutters, all surrounded by lush tropical gardens.

Freestyle's one-bedroom apartments have a queen sized bed, en-suite bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, hotplates, dishwasher and 220L fridge/freezer) and spacious balcony with a ceiling fan. The sofa in the living room folds out to a double bed with a sprung mattress.
The two-bedroom apartments are on the second floor and have internal stairs.
Upstairs there is a bedroom with either a king sized bed or two single beds, a bathroom (shower & bath) and a separate toilet. Downstairs is a similar layout to the one-bedroom apartments.
All apartments are self-contained and air-conditioned, with ceiling fans throughout.
There's lots of open space around Freestyle to capture the cool sea breezes. Reynolds Park is opposite, and to the north of Freestyle is another council reserve. The saltwater swimming pool is 15 metres long and there's a large deck around the pool, leading to the barbecue pavilion. The local tennis courts are just across the road.
It's an easy walk to the beach, the restaurants and shops, to the marina, the markets, and the main street. No need for a hire-car or taxi ... just switch into holiday mode.
