Eliza Palms, an eco-friendly property, welcomes you to the best of Orchid Beach Accommodation on beautiful Fraser Island, a World Heritage Listed paradise with its magnificent rainforests, beaches, marine life, sand dunes and freshwater lakes.

Eliza Palms has three fully self-contained family friendly units available for your lovely relaxing holiday. Each three bedroom unit contains two queen beds and four single beds ? sleeping up to eight people. You can choose from ?Ocean Views?, located upstairs with its beautiful polished wooden floors and elevated verandah with ocean views, or the more child friendly downstairs units ?Sea Shells? and ?Sand Dunes? with tiled interiors. Each unit has its own patio area with BBQ.

Sheets and towels are not provided in the units, however they available at an additional cost ($100/week). ... [+] More Doonas and pillows are provided.

Eliza Palms eco credentials includes generating our own power via a solar system (with generator backup if required), and our drinking water nicknamed "The Pure Drop" is pumped straight from the underground water table.

Whilst visiting Eliza Palms on Fraser Island you can Whale Watch while having a picnic on the top of Waddy Point (seasonal) or fish off the rocks or have a swim in the calm water on the leeward side. You can drive north along the pristine beach of Marloo Bay to Ocean Lake for a fresh water swim, or drive on up to Ngakala Rocks and if the tides are suitable it is possible to drive as far as Sandy Cape, and on the way of course you are looking out for a Good Fishing gutter where you could catch a nice feed of Whiting, Dart, Bream or even a Flathead or Two.

During your stay you may like to visit Champagne Pools (15 minutess drive) or take lunch and drive down the island to Eurong and visit Lake McKenzie and Central Station then stop at Eli Creek on your way home.

Orchid Beach has one shop with basic provisions, beer on tap, takeaway food and fuel.

Whether fishing is your passion, or you are just wanting to relax surrounded by the World Heritage Listed Fraser Island scenery, Eliza Palms at Orchid Beach is the perfect island getaway.
