Our Reception is located at Clarendon on Spence, 79 Spence Street Cairns. Our office hours are from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

IMPORTANT: Apartment types (Clarendon, Beaumont and Regency) are at a request only and we reserve the right to change the apartment building type or upgrade as required. All apartments are in the same location side by side on Spence St. You will always receive the same apartment type booked (eg 3 Bedroom) but the location cannot be guaranteed, although we will always endeavor to give you your first choice of location. If you have any special requests eg ground floor or lift required please place request in comments section.
