You will like our lap swimming pool with adjacent mini gym facilities, the lush tropical landscaped garden, secure separate entrance for guests with an electronic lock and the fact the property is all single storey with no stairs.

We also offer the flexibility of making arrangements with a variety of rooms and bedding configuration to suit groups of friends, or larger families.

Silver Room. Gold Room. Quality, purpose built, tastefully decorated bedroom with modern well-appointed ensuite, comfortable beds with luxury linen, reverse cycle air conditioning system (cooling and heating), digital safe, small desk, ample power points for your gadgets, TV and DVD player, free wireless broadband and luggage rack.

Platinum Room: This air conditioned room is especially exclusive and tastefully decorated, with a very comfortable bed, adjoining splendour ensuite with double shower (one of them a cascade massage shower unit) and a luxury spa. Large double vanity appointed with toiletries with a huge mirror above. There is an additional cosmetic mirror, heated towel rack, hair drier, bathrobes. This room has also digital safe, small table, enough power points for your gadgets, TV/ DVD, free wireless broadband, luggage rack. This room has a small private courtyard with table and two chairs.

Our Family/Group Travellers Wing contains three rooms with a double bedroom, twin bedroom (Ikea adult standard single beds), single bed room (king single), private bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, private, separate toilet, kitchenette, breakfast/sitting room common for all guests.

Outdoor facilities (patio with a table were we also serve breakfast, pergolas, swimming pool, mini gym). These are for all guests.

Beds in the family wing are of adult size, consequently not suitable for babies or very small children. We believe that we have conditions for families with school age children (five years or older). The main reason is that common facilities listed above are shared with all guests. We care about a comfortable stay of each of our guests and being ex teachers we believe that our Inn is best suitable for adults and families with older children.

We do not have any babysitting services and facilities; we envisage that parents will supervise children all the time and that children are not a cause of any discomfort to other guests. This is why we set up this family wing, which is totally separated from other B&B rooms, however common areas and common facilities are shared.

Breakfast Room

In the spacious breakfast room tastefully furnished with antique furniture and decorated with a collection of oil paintings you can have your scrumptious continental breakfast (included with your rates), with an optional speciality hot menu for connoisseurs.

Adjacent to the breakfast room is a beautiful patio with comfortable, modern furniture where, if you wish, you can sit for your breakfast.

There is also a fully equipped kitchenette dedicated for the use of guests.

Eating out

We are lucky to have a number of places near offering exquisite dishes at reasonable prices which we can recommend for our guests. These are few pubs, one in a walking distance. Chinese, Italian, Indian, Vietnamese and many other restaurants as well worldwide chains like Nando?s, Wok-in-a-Box, McDonald?s etc are around. In the information booklet in your room you will find more information including special deals for our guests. There are eight shopping centres distanced from two to ten minutes drive, every of them has number eateries for every taste and every pocket.

Outdoor facilities

Facilities include an outdoor lap pool (with built-in spa jets) adjacent to the mini-gym, an outdoor warm shower, all surrounded by established palms and subtropical plants, beautiful on sunny days and magical by night. Relax in a hammock on our shady patio next to the swimming pool; enjoy peace and tranquillity with just the sound of local birds under the canopy of a 20 year-old wisteria next to a small fountain. A pleasant surprise for an affordable price.

There are two folding bicycles for the convenience of our guests, which you can use locally, or put in the boot of your car when taking a sightseeing trip around Perth.
