Luxurious boutique cliff top property on acreage offering three bedrooms, all with ensuites. There are also three outdoor entertaining/dining areas plus a huge ocean facing deck with spa pool and pine slab dining table with seating for 20 people. All bedrooms have televisions, DVD players, USB connections and SDS card readers. The master bedroom has own office with laptop and printer with Hotspot connection. The master bedroom also has chaise lounge and a two seater lounge with a full walk in wardrobe. Robes supplied for use of guests to all sleeping positions. Second and third bedrooms have laptop desks, ensuites, double mirrored wardrobes, luggage storage and furniture.

The lounge area has a large television with DVD player and sound system ? ... [+] More a selection of DVDs and books supplied. We have a separate children?s play area with their own children?s furniture, television with inbuilt DVD player, plus games and selection of DVDs. The house has a separate bar area with inbuilt bar plus a slate pool table. The dining area has a large classical 10 seater dining table and a separate lounge area furnished around it.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils, television and iPod docking station.

There is also a full size laundry with washing machine and dryer and there is a eparate guest bathroom for visitors.

Your accommodation includes an eight seater vehicle - insurance and petrol extra ($15.00 per day for insurance). Also includes complimentary half day orientation tour with Norfolk Touring.

Rocky Point Lodge is five minutes for any major attractions including airport, beaches, township, tour companies, KAVHA (Norfolk's World Heritage Listed Convict Buildings) but set back from the road on the cliff top down a secluded driveway. We are two minutes down the road from top class restaurant boasting locally bred beef "Norfolk Blue" which the restaurant is named after.
