* Room Key - his is handed to you upon check in from 2.00pm onwards, lost keys will be charged at replacement cost.
* Children over the age of 6mths old will be charged as an extra person at the applicable rate.
* Visitors of Guests - Our facility does not cater for people visiting you in your room or using the Motel facilities whilst you are holidaying with us. We do not wish to offend you by having them removed.

* Noise - Noise is to be kept to a minimum at all times. No noise permitted after 10.30pm. If you have a concern about noise, please contact Reception so action can be taken.
* Management Reserves the right to evict any person causing problems. Laws provide for the eviction from the motel of all intoxicated or drug affected persons whose behaviour or language is unacceptable. Persons evicted will not be refunded any monies and future-booking rights will be forfeited.
* For our Guests staying that include the following days Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years day please be advised that there will be no housekeeping conducted on your room, unit or villa. Office will open between 10.00am and 11.00am for fresh towels and to replenish your tea and coffee.

Please note for some reason people seem to think that children are free to stay and book rooms that clearly state the maximum occupany is for TWO Adults- not three or four as we have been experiencing. If you have booked a room and you decide to exceed the total number permitted in that room, your booking will be cancelled and you will forgo the right to a refund. So if you are travelling with children make sure you book a family room or two bedroom self-contained unit and list the children as guests. Management.
