SandPiper Holiday Units/Apartments are situated in the town centre of Merimbula. All units are NORTH facing with private balconies, Opening windows, queen beds and linen supplied. A easy 2 Minute walk to the Bowling club, shops, cinema and Post Office. 10 minute walk to the water. All our units are non-smoking, however smoking is permitted on balconies where ash trays are provided. We have four 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom fully self contained units. These units have 68cm remote controlled High Definition Digital Color Televisions, DVD/CD Players, M/waves, Washing machines. Solar Heated Salt water Pool(this is only 1 meter deep,and 5 meters long "THE PUDDLE" a safe spot for little ones, or a nice area to sit and enjoy a cooling down with friends and a drink. ... [+] More) and BBQ area. These units whilst in the middle of Town are set at the rear of the block and are Clean, Quiet and Comfortable
As we are a family set of units, Guests booking must be minium one adult over 23 years of age. ***PLEASE NOTE*** Babies are persons and included in head count.
