Our newly renovated property offers all the modern comforts while still retaining its old world charm and character. Our cottage features three queen bedrooms two with built in wardrobes, main having free standing wardrobe, new quality mattresses and linen, two bathrooms, one being the original restored bathhouse, original polished floorboards, pressed metal ceilings, a fully functional kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to self cater. Reverse cycle air conditioning, fans, flat screen TV, DVD and speaker dock/clock radio for iPod and iPhone also feature. The lounge room opens out through French doors onto the verandah which has magical views in all directions as well as an outdoor dining setting and BBQ.

A $300 bond is payable 7 days prior to arrival and refunded pending final inspection of the property within 5 days of departure (however usually within 1-2 days)

Terms and conditions are.. The maximum number of guests must not exceed six. The person's name that the booking is in is solely responsible. If you are found to have more persons on the premises than specified, you will lose your security deposit/bond and be asked to vacate the premises immediately.

Parties, functions and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for the use of the property by the agreed number of guests only. No visitors. Guests not complying with this condition will be required to vacate immediately with no refund payable.

No smoking permitted inside the premises.

Breakages and Damages
The tenant is responsible for all damages, breakages and loss incurred during the term of your occupancy. These are to be reported, replaced and paid for.

Cleaning
The tenant must leave the property in a clean and tidy state. If the property is not found to be satisfactory upon vacating the premises, cleaning costs will be charged to the tenant.
