1840 convict built Historic Guesthouse Mulla Villa was openend to the public in September 1988, after being puchased in june 1988 by the Maul Family.
Lovingly restored to it's former glory this convict built solid standstone magistrates house is now to be enjoyed by all.
She has 4 double rooms which have 12 foot high ceilings with ornate cornices and ducted reverse cycle airconditioning, 2 have a spa bath in the ensuite, 1 room has an exta single bed (twin)with a shower ensuite,1 room has a private bathroom with a bath and shower.
The estate has a 2 bedroom cottage, the original dairy which is suitable for a small family, with t.v video and microwave oven, private undercover parking, a/c large spa bath and shower.

The estate is 100 acres with australian native bush and pastures, a fresh water brook, walking trails and farm animals, in ground swimming pool. We are 1.8 km from the town of wollombi, which hosts many interesting buildings, a tavern, general store, museum and restaurants.
Only 1.5 km from town we have our own boutique winery, Undercliff which is open to the public 7 days a week. Wollombi is 28 km south west of Cessnock.
