1. The Goode Times Apartments are a boutique apartment complex with 5 x 2 bedroom apartments. They are not hotel style but rather full sized apartments suitable for short or longer stays. They have been recently renovated with timber flooring, modernised kitchens with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and all crockery & cutlery including wine glasses, coffee percolators. The combined bathroom/laundries have favoured front loading washing machines, separate toilet, showers and plenty of bench space. The 2 bedrooms have a variety of bedding to sleep up to 6 guests. The open plan living, dining leads onto the kitchens and include reverse cycle air conditioning, TV, DVD player, local information compendium, magazines, DVD's and books. ... The Goode Times are located in a quiet safe street in South Dubbo just minutes from the CBD and 5 minutes to the World famous Western Plains Zoo. Just around the corner is a terrific park, with newly developed children water play, playground, tennis courts and BBQ facilities. Neighbourhood shopping is one block away, and restaurants and takeaways are within walking distance.

2. Carolina House provides instant relaxation.
Spacious, open plan living, dining and kitchen lead down to the 3 separate bedrooms (2 queens, 1xEuropean King or 2 King Singles) and bathroom (separate wc). There is a screened separate patio undercover areas, quiet and safe street and secluded back garden secure fencing to enhance your relaxation.
Carolina House is centrally located close to medical/study precinct and the CBD. Perfect for corporate visitors or family groups.

3. Gipps Terrace - 2 bedroom fully self contained terrace with old world charm. Central north location within walking distance to the CBD, restaurant, hotel bistro & Acquatic & Cultural Centre. Extra long off street parking. Suitable for up to 4 people.

4. Whylandra House. Spacious older style recently refurnished 4 bedroom home. Full kitchen, laundry, spacious open plan living with timber floors, 2 patios, off street parking and carport, large rear shady garden. Centrally located on zoo side of Dubbo near river park.
