We have 23 apartments in total, all with reverse-cycle air conditioning, heating in bathrooms, TV, Austar, DVD, stereo, direct-dial telephone, internet access (dial-up or wireless broadband), fridge, microwave, tea-and-coffee making facilities, crockery/cutlery/glassware and electric blankets (in winter). The interior d?cor is stylish, modern, warm and inviting.

All apartments, except for studio apartments, have a dishwasher in the kitchen, and we provide an electric frypan on request. Please note that cooking is not possible in the studio apartments, but there is a small fridge and microwave in them.

Guests at Charlotte Apartments have access to two laundries with a total of 3 washing machines and two dryers. A clothesline is nearby.

Continental breakfast packs are available. They contain a single serve of breakfast cereal, full cream milk, juice, fruit and chocolate biscuits.

Special romantic packages are available, which include a night?s accommodation in a deluxe spa apartment, a late check out, flowers, chocolates and sparkling wine on arrival and continental breakfast packs for two.

Many of the features at Charlotte Apartments have been a consequence of hours of thought and discussion, based on experience and practicality. For example, most the ground floor units do not have spa baths, providing level access for guests from their car right through to the bathroom. All of the bathrooms have heating, ?Tastics? in the ground floor apartments, underfloor heating in the upstairs apartments. If you have visited Bathurst in the wintertime, you would very much appreciate this rare feature! The reverse-cycle air conditioning is independently connected so that the duty manager can arrange for the guests to enter a warmed room in winter or a cooled room in summer. The d?cor of the apartments reflects the warm tones of a Bathurst autumn, and while practical, still invites the guest to enjoy the room, creating a ?home away from home?.

Charlotte apartments was designed to be for the many business travellers who visit Bathurst, either for one day or for a few weeks or months, and the apartments enjoy a very high ratio of return guests. However, they have also been very popular for recreational travellers because of their size, comfort, location and the independence afforded by the kitchen facilities. The project has now been completed (in Oct ?07) with three more two bedroom executive apartments.
