Terms & Conditions
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions:

*Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice.
*Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited.
*Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
*Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10am by the latest, to allow time to prepare the property for the next guests.
*Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and no refund of money paid.
*Bed linen is provided. Soap & toiletries are not provided. Bring your own towels or hire for $3 each.
*Pets are not allowed.
*Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant?s personal property.
*Smoking ? There is no smoking inside the property.

Directions:
Head south out of Batemans Bay along Beach Road approx. 6-7 kms is Surf Beach. (Note: to stay on Beach Rd., turn LEFT at the 4th set of lights towards 'Batehaven'). Just past the shops (IGA etc) turn RIGHT onto Surf Beach Ave.
Take 1st LEFT onto Ocean Ave, then take immediate LEFT onto Parker Ave and finally proceed to #30 for check-in (left hand side of street at the top of the hill).
