The Ballina FUN'N'SUN is a 3.5 STAR motel in west Ballina (1km from the new southern end bypass island) . We can offer units to suit all tastes and budgets from a standard motel unit right upto 2 bedroom self contained units.
All 17 units are ground floor and are set right back from highway. All are air conditioned with quality Queen sized Beds and Austar/free to air TV (flat panal TVs) as standard. Several of our units are 2 bedroomed with various bedding configurations and ALL of these come with kichenettes (no stove) and lounge areas.
All of our units face out onto our spacious landscaped grounds via glass sliding doors, with ALL units having there own induvidual picnic table/seating. We also have a large and deep (1. ... [+] More7M) saltwater pool centeral to the motel and theres also a free BBQ.
In all, the motel is set on 2 acres, so not only is there enough room to park your all cars (undercover) next to your units but there is enough space to park larger vehicles such as trailers, boats, coaches etc.
We serve breakfasts and a varied range of evening meals to your units, as well as providing a guest laundry (small fee)
We are within easy walking distance to McDonalds, Northern Rivers Seafood Shop,Thai restarant,Dan Murphys, Tavern and small shopping centre.
