Avlon Cottage is fully self contained and located in a prime quiet leafy street in the heart of Ballina @ 21 Crane Street. Only two blocks from the Richmond River, eat street, boat ramp, water park and the main street where the RSL, clubs, pubs, cafes, banks, post office and restaurants are located. Perfect for a weekend getaway, family holiday or work stay. A leisurely bicycle ride and you reach Ballina's beautiful beaches and only a 20 minute scenic coastal drive to Byron Bay.

With three bedrooms and one large bathroom this house accommodates up to eight guests.
First bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has two single beds & third bedroom with enclosed sleep out has a queen bed & two single beds.

The cottage is fully furnished and boasts a well equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, full size fridge and freezer. The laundry amenities include a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron, laundry sink, clothes horse, broom, vacuum, mop, washing powder and pegs. There is a large dining & seperate lounge area, rear lane access, double lock up garage, large back yard, clothes line, reverse cycle air-conditioning, HD LCD TV, DVD player, CD player, radio and modern amenities.

There is a front and back verandah with outdoor settings and a BBQ supplied for outside cooking. The backyard has plenty of space for boats, jet ski's, trucks & larger vehicles.

Because its your time away we have tried to think of everything, including the little things such as, dvd's, books, games, BBQ with gas bottle, cleaning equipment and products, toilet paper, washing liquid, clothes, beds are made and all linen, towels, face washers and bathmats are supplied.

So all you need to bring is your clothes!
