The Bed and Breakfast has 7 very private, romantically presented rooms all with ensuites. 5 rooms have King beds,4 with private courtyards, 4 have open fires, 4 with baths - 2 are antique claw footed baths and 2 have a corner spa. Most tariffs include continental breakfasts. Fabulous cooked breakfasts available at extra charge, a variety of choices and served at a time convenient to you in the Breakfast Conservatory, however, it is also possible to not have breakfast at all if you need to leave very early or just have a well deserved sleep-in!. We have a Standard Queen without Breakfast as a standard offering, other rooms without breakfast are available at times upon request.

There is port and chocolates in each room and we provide great espresso coffee and Twining's teas. ... [+] More We are located within walking distance of all that Williamstown has to offer incl: public transport, the beach and all restaurants, we may even provide transport to restaurants and Titanic if required.

Across the road from the Bed and Brekfast we have a two-bedroom Self-catering Cottage and Ececutive Apartment, the tariffs for these properties do not include Breakfast.
