Apartments are not serviced. However, apartment servicing can be provided at an additional cost.

Guests must provide photo ID, and a credit card (not debit card) to cover incidental charges. The authorized signatory for the credit card must be present at check-in/a registered guest. (this is taken in the form of a signed credit card imprint and or a $500 credit card pre-authorization) / alternatively a $500 cash bond will be required and shall be returned to guest upon check out, subject to a room inspection.
