Docklands Private Collection have apartments in 2 locations in Docklands.

1) NewQuay
Located in the award winning NewQuay precinct, we have 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments for short, medium and long term stays. Large living spaces, breathtaking views, cosmopolitan furnishings. All apartments have private balconies, openplan lounge/dining, full kitchens, laundry with washing machine & dryer, flatscreen TV's, some also in the main bedroom, Foxtel, access to pool & gym. Parking available inside the building. Indulge in a lifestyle without feeling like a tourist.


2) Soho's at Digital Harbour
We have 1 & 2 bedroom soho apartments at Digital Harbour which is our newest building. These apartments are our "more affordable" apartments. Some brand new, these apartments have an openplan, lounge/dining, full kitchen, ensuite bathroom, small private balconies with limited northern views. We have a couple of Marina View sohos but the majority have limited views. The free city circle tram passes the door of our Soho apartment building, however there is not a pool or gym available in these particular apartments, however you can have an arrangement with the Docklands YMCA in Harbour Esplanade to use the facilities there at a daily charge of $8 or there are great walking and bicycle tracks. Hire bike station across the road & borrow helmet from us!

The apartments are opposite our NewQuay Precinct, a stone's throw from the bars & restaurants available at NewQuay.

Check in instructions: Check in at 41 Caravel Lane NewQuay Docklands. Open 9am - 6pm Mon-Sun. If arriving after hours automatic check-in is available. Our number will be in your confirmation email too.
Getting there: NewQuay is located 25km from Melbourne Airport. Just take the Tullamarine Freeway towards the city, turn off the freeway left at Footscray Road and continue along this road (keep to the right) over Docklands Drive. Footscray Road becomes Harbour Esplanade and our office is 200 metres on your left.

Sky Bus direct from the Airport to Southern Cross Station then just ask for the free transfer to NewQuay.

Tram # 86 along Bourke St and # 30 along Latrobe St together with the Free City Circle all go through to Docklands Drive and terminate in New Quay & Waterfront City. All these trams pass our office 7/198 Harbour Esplanade, which is just near the corner of Latrobe St and Harbour Esplanade.

Tram #70 travels from Waterfront City, via NewQuay & Digital Harbour along Flinders St and onto Rod Laver Arena (Aust Open Tennis Championships, Hicense Arena & the MCG.

Parking: All of our apartments feature one 24hr access undercover security car parking space available at a fee of $15 per night. Additional parking may be arranged subject to availability after you've made your booking. A public carpark is available at $15 per night.
