The apartments are centrally located, which makes it easy to get to by car, train, tram, or ferry.
On the ground floor there are several restaurants, cafes, an IGA supermarket, liquor store, internet cafe, hairdresser, beautician, masseur, nail technician and also walking distance to the local Woolworth's supermarket.
Access to the free City Circle Tram which leaves every 6 minutes right outside your door.
Docklands Executive Apartments do not have a reception desk they provide a 24 hour personal on-site Manager who will meet you on arrival. The Manager will personally escort you to your apartment and ensure you are comfortable. They are available 24 hours a day and will attend immediately to any of your concerns.
When you arrive in Melbourne it is essential that you contact them on the number you'll receive in your confirmation email after booking and confirm your arrival time.
The on site Manager will be waiting for you at the apartment complex with the keys to your apartment.
If you are arriving early we can look after your bags in our office while the apartment is being cleaned.

The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the enquiry
A valid credit card (not debit card) & photo ID is required at check-in
The authorised signatory for the credit card must be a registered guest & be present at check-in
A security deposit is required by credit card in the guests name
Guests who are unable to meet the check-in requirements will not be granted access to our apartments
Docklands Executive Apartments has a strict zero tolerance no noise policy, unauthorised parties group gatherings & functions are strictly prohibited

Our apartments are self contained & serviced weekly for stays of 7 days & longer additional servicing is available on request an additional charge will be incurred
