As our apartments are located in a residential environment and are spread over numerous residential towers, we operate a strict "zero tolerance" and "no party" policy. Noise from any source within the common areas of the building or the apartments or balconies must be kept to a reasonable level and must not disturb other guests or residents. Any infringement of these rules will result in immediate eviction from the property without re-imbursement of monies paid. Any additional charges as the result of security being required to attend, additional cleaning of the apartment, replacement or repairs of any furniture/fixture/fittings, will be charged to the registered guest, even in the event of the offending party being a visitor of the registered guest.
STRICT CHECK-IN POLICY - A VALID CREDIT CARD AND PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED AT CHECK IN. A PRE-AUTHORISATION TRANSACTION WILL BE PROCESSED TO THE CREDIT CARD UP IN AN AMOUNT OF UP TO $600 AND WILL BE HELD AS A SECURITY BOND. THE AUTHORISED SIGNATORY FOR THE CREDIT CARD MUST BE A REGISTERED GUEST AND BE PRESENT AT CHECK IN.
