Quest Fairfax House offers 38 fully self-contained apartments with full kitchen and laundry facilities.
There is under-cover on-site car parking but is strictly limited and must be booked directly with Quest Fairfax House reception when reservations are first made or there is no guarantee it will be available on arrival - charges with a flat fee per car per night does apply. ... [+] More

Rooms are serviced daily, except Sundays and Public Holidays or unless other servicing is arranged due to specials or long term stays.

Right in the heart of Melbourne, Quest Fairfax House is located at 392 Little Collins Street, between Queen and Elizabeth Streets.

Quest Fairfax House is within easy walking distance to the shopping & business precincts and a short tram ride to all of Melbourne's most popular attractions including the Melbourne Aquarium, Crown Entertainment Complex, Federation Square, Queen Victoria Markets, and the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Center.

Quest Fairfax House operates a strict No Smoking Policy and a No Party Room Policy. For security reasons we will not accept reservations for people under 21 years.

BALCONIES are not available in Studios, 1 Bedroom apartments or the Family Room. Balconies cannot be guaranteed in the 2 or 3 Bedroom apartments, as not all apartments have a balcony.

All 1 Bedroom apartments are located in the Queen Street building of our property. We are split into 2 buildings, due to the driveway up the middle. The Queen Street building faces onto Queen Street however it has its own entrance on Little Collins St, right next door to the Fairfax building with the reception.
Please be aware that there are 12 stairs at the entrance to the Queen Street building.

RECEPTION HOURS: 8am - 10pm Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm Sunday and Public Holidays

For security reasons we require a Photo ID upon check in and take credit card details and a pre-authorisation per room as a guarantee against the room. We reserve the right to deny check in without valid credit card to guarantee. Please be aware that all credit card transactions attract a 1.5% surcharge NO CASH BONDS.
