Top of the Mark offers large, comfortable 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments right in the heart of Surfers Paradise - only five minutes walk from the world famous Surfers Paradise beach.

Our location couldn't be better as we are situated in the very center of vibrant Surfers Paradise. Only steps away from the iconic Cavill Mall offering fabulous shopping, along with restaurants, cafes and nightclubs which will satisfy any entertainment needs you may have.
Whilst 'Top of the Mark' has you in the heart of busy down town "Paradise" we are nicely positioned above the bustle of the city with our guest swimming pool, spa and massive outdoor area along with BBQ and tennis court facilities.

NB. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT "TOP OF THE MARK" OPERATES A NO PARTY POLICY. ... [+] More BREACHES WILL RESULT IN THE GUESTS BEING ASKED TO LEAVE.

$200.00 refundable security deposit (credit card) or $200.00 cash or debit card deposit will be required at check in. This is to cover any incidentals. For Guests booking 'Executive' rooms - a valid Credit Card must be provided (no cash or debit card deposits).
