This property does not accept cancellations or changes to bookings. Refunds are not available.

Party Policy:
Chevron Towers is a mixed use building that includes residents, permanent tenants and holiday rental we have a strict 'NO PARTY POLICY' (you may be required to sign our policy on arrival).

Car parking:
Chevron Towers parking is strictly for motor vehicles and cycles only

REQUEST POLICY
Dear Guests, although every effort will be made to satisfy any specific requests, we cannot guarantee them. Should you consider the apartment you have booked not suitable, upgrades or relocations can be requested subject to availability and an additional cost. Guest wishing to change rooms after check-in will incur a cleaning fee.

**NOTE: SCHOOL LEAVERS
We reserve the right to reject bookings from School Leavers and/or University Leavers from 21 Nov 11 - 12 Dec 11 as we do not have policies, procedures or resources to meet the unique needs of those attending the annual "Schoolies" event. If on check in persons travelling are found to be participating in 'Schoolies' they will NOT be checked in and no refunds will be given.
