Facilities include: TV, washing machine & dryer, oven & microwave oven, fridge and all necessary crockery. Two floors of underground security parking and intercom to all units.

One heated indoor pool with two saunas with showers and toilets, one outdoor pool, BBQ.

The safety patrolled beach is only two minutes walk away, with only a short stroll to Cavill Mall and all of Surfers shops.
