Solaire Apartments is a modern high-rise with fully air-conditioned, spacious apartments that are set in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Our 2 bedroom apartments have a large master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe , a huge ensuite that has a full size bath & a separate shower cubicle, gourmet kitchen facilities, including a gas cook-top, laundry, large balcony & airy living areas. The 1+1 bedroom apartments have a large master bedroom, a 2nd area with bedding that is separate to the master bedroom & the living areas, a large airy living area, separate laundry with a washing machine & dryer & a comfortable balcony. ... Bond requirements for all apartments:
The bond requirement is a signed imprint of your visa or mastercard credit card, upon check-in. If you are arriving over the weekend, on a public holiday or after 4pm weekdays, your credit card details will be required prior to us sending out the self check-in procedure. Please supply us with your country code & mobile number, so we can send out a message to your mobile if we need to.

If you have a visa debit card or a mastercard debit card a bond of $500 will be placed on the debit card for a 1 or 2 bedroom apt & a bond of $1000 will be placed on the card for the sub-penthouse or a cash bond will be required.

Air-Conditioning: All the apartments are fully air-conditioned. However, should problems with the air-conditioning occur during your stay & we are unable to rectify the problem within 72 hours then guests will be allowed to cancel & have the balance of their accommodation refunded. We are unable to offer complimentary stays due to the malfunctioning of the air-conditioning or any other appliances. All arrangements will be made to have the air-conditioning / appliances fixed during your stay but we are unable to guarantee it, as we are dependent on tradespeople.

WE WOULD LIKE TO ADVISE ALL GUESTS THAT HAVE LATE FLIGHTS OR THAT ARE ARRIVING OVER THE WEEKENDS/PUBLIC HOLIDAYS TO PHONE US DURING OFFICE HOURS OR SUPPLY YOUR COUNTRY CODE, MOBILE NUMBER & YOUR E-MAIL DETAILS TO US IN THE BOOKING SECTION UNDER SPECIAL REQUESTS UP TO 28 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL, SO WE CAN CONTACT YOU WITH OUR LATE ARRIVAL PROCEDURE. GUESTS THAT MAKE SAME DAY BOOKINGS NEED TO CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY AFTER THEIR BOOKING OR CONTACT YOUR BOOKING AGENT TO ENSURE THAT OUR RESERVATIONS STAFF ARE MADE AWARE OF YOUR BOOKING .
