Our accommodation may not be 5 star, but when combined with our location, on-site recreational facilities, very competitive pricing and Guest services, we're sure you will agree that we do offer the best value for Money on the Gold Coast.

We are a limited-service, AAA 3.5 star complex and offer a combination of either Beachfront or OceanView - Studio, 1-Bedroom and Hotel-style accommodations. Located opposite Surfers Paradise Beach, all of our Rooms have beach and ocean views with some having absolute Beach Frontage.
The shops of Louis Vitton, Hermes, Prada, Rolex and Cartier are only metres from our entrance.
We are perfectly located in the heart of the shopping, dining and entertainment precinct of Surfers Paradise. ... [+] More Two major supermarkets are only a few minutes walk to either, as is the Post Office and major banks.
Our resort-style property features excellent facilities including large heated outdoor pool, spa, sauna, steam room, BBQ's, Tennis Court, games Room, Laundromat, Foxtel Cable TV, Extensive Free DVD Hire Library, Tour, Car and Theme Park Bookings Service, Child's play Area, and an on-site Cafe Restaurant (operated by others).

ROOMS
* Each Studio has a kitchenette (refrigerator, cooktop and microwave); the 1-Bedroom Apartments as well have a larger fridge and oven, and the Hotel Style Rooms have a small fridge and microwave.
* All Rooms have a Juliette-style balcony, openable windows and and ceiling fans (only studio units have air-conditioning); all have flat-screen TV's , DVD players and Foxtel cable TV Channels, as well as a full range of Bathroom Amenities and toiletries.
* A "Starter Pack" of Coffee/Tea/Milk is in each Room, and additional items of these may be purchased at an additional nominal charge.
* Bathroom Toiletries will be replenished during your stay.
All apartments have crockery, cutlery, electric jugs, irons& boards, toasters, hairdryer and the studio and 1-bed have cookware and kitchen utensils.

POLICIES AND CONDITIONS

CHECK-IN AND REGISTRATION
* All Guests staying in Guest Rooms must be registered with Reception.
*A Government-issued Photo Identification and a Credit card must be physically presented to Reception by the Card Holder at Check-in.
* The name on the Credit card used at Check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary name on the Guestroom Booking
* Minimum Check-in age is 18 years, and Guests will not be permitted to check-in without an adult 18 years or over present
* We accept Mastercard, Visa and EFTPOS No Fee is charged for their use
* A AUD$200 Key & Security Deposit is payable on arrival and will be refunded on departure on return of keys and room status. The Security Deposit is taken by Credit Card pre authorization or if Credit Card is not available $200 cash will be required. We reserve the right to refuse Guest Registration without refund of any accommodation paid, if these conditions are not met.
* Maximum Guest Occupancy (as stipulated) per Room/Apartment cannot be exceeded.

HOUSEKEEPING & ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Your Room will be serviced prior to your arrival with bed made up, and towels provided. Housekeeping Cleaning & Services are included mid-term, each week, for bookings over 1 week. Additional Housekeeping Services during your stay are available at nominal additional cost.
* Additional Towels provided outside scheduled Housekeeping: AUD$ 3 per Towel
* Rollaway/Sofa Bed: AUD$ 25 first night, then $10 per night
* Crib/ Baby Cot: AUD$ 10 first night, then $3 per night
* Extra Child (under 12 years of age) requiring No Extra Linen/Bedding or Towel - No Charge
* All additional charges for "Bedding and Housekeeping Services" are payable direct to the property at Check-in or when requested.
* Guests requests to change Rooms after Check-in may incur a Cleaning Fee
* Maximum of 1 Rollaway and 1 Crib/Cot per Room

* Special and Specific Requests are subject to availability and, if subject to extra charge, will only be confirmed when payment received.
* Early Check-In and Late Check-Out, if available, are at additional Charge.
* High-Floor Rooms, if available, are at additional Charge

PARTY AND ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR POLICY
* The Chateau Beachside is a mixed use building which includes residents and permanent tenants, and has a strict "No Party" and "No Anti-Social Behaviour" Policies which are strictly enforced for the benefit and peaceful enjoyment of all occupants. As such, we will refuse certain bookings for the purpose of group events or parties.
* Parties and excessive noise and anti-social behaviour are not tolerated within the property, including all rooms.
* Only Guests Registered with Reception are permitted in Rooms after 10pm.
* Failure to comply with these Policies will result in the eviction of Guests from the property, and the forfeiture of all accommodation and moneys paid.

Bookings need to be made one hour before Reception closes to be accepted for same day arrival.
If you are arriving after hours please call direct (07 55381022) during Reception hours after making your booking, to arrange a late checkin.

During Schoolie Period (Mid Nov to Mid Dec annually) house rules apply and all guests must sign on check in. There are limitations to visitors during this period and security deposit is $500 per room.
