Premium Resort Motel is an older style 3 level complex built in the 1980’s. Make no mistake we are not a ‘Sheraton or a Marriott’, but it’s not going to cost the earth for a bed either. We are a Budget Motel offering great valve for money. You’ll find us one of the most affordable Motels on the Gold Coast, plus we can offer you a really great location close everything you need. We may be “older retro style” but we do take care to ensure the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Our rooms are fully serviced however we don’t offer in-house phones, room service, internet or Pay TV. We find that most of our guests are just looking for a low priced room without all the trimmings.

The Motel does have an in ground swimming pool, BBQ area for guests to enjoy and a coin operated laundry service. Our onsite caretaker/manager is here 24/7 to ensure everything runs smoothly during your stay with us.

We are ideally located on the Gold Coast Hwy at the Northern end of Burleigh Heads / Miami, close to everything you need such as;

• Short stroll to patrolled beach, 200 meters. Beach side parks and picnic areas.
• 10 –15 stroll to beautiful Burleigh National Park and James Street shops.
• 150m to Miami One shopping centre, Coles supermarket, bottle shop, Zarraffas coffee, Sushi Train, Post office, Newsagent, ATM’s and lots more.
• Public transport from the front of the Motel will take you into Broadbeach or Surfers Paradise travelling north and all the way to the airport going south. Transport west bound to Robina town shopping centre, Robina Hospital and Skilled Park Stadium for the big footy matches.
• Miami Tavern and North Burleigh Surf club have some good dining and views over the beach, just minutes walk from our front door.
• McDonald’s restaurant is located about 150m south from us and offers free WI FI if required.
