Booking Policy
1. Charges must be paid by cash, bank cheque or credit card before occupancy commences unless special prior arrangements have been made. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking. We accept Visa and MasterCard. The person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.
2. The Guest authorizes the Manager to charge any credit card for any loss, damage or monetary contribution for which any Guest is liable under this document or otherwise.
3. Occupancy starts and ends on the dates shown on the Confirmation letter.
4. Guest will be liable for payment of any charges incurred by any Guest together with all replacements and necessary costs for any damage or loss to the apartment and its contents or the Body Corporate property. ... [+] More
5. The apartment must not be used for any unlawful purpose.
6. Only the number of people booked may stay in the apartment overnight.
7. Animals or pets are not to be brought onto the premises.
8. Neither the Body Corporate, the Manager or the apartment owner is liable for any damage or loss of the property that a Guest may sustain while on the complex.
9. The Guest authorizes the Manager to charge any credit card for any loss, damage or monetary contribution for which any Guest is liable under this document or otherwise.
10. The Manager and the apartment owner's description of the premises are made in good faith and no responsibility for misdescription can be accepted
11. The Manager may inspect the apartment at any time with reasonable notice and at any time without notice if the Manager is of the opinion that there has been a breach of these conditions.
12. After receiving a warning or the occupancy ends or is terminated, any Guest who fails to comply must immediately vacate the apartment. The Manager is authorized to do whatever is required to enforce the eviction of any Guests and removal of Guests property.
13. Guests must only park in designated car park.
14. The by-laws, rules and regulations of the complex and any reasonable direction of the manager must be complied with.
15. A security deposit of $300 is required at check in for all reservations. This may be cash, credit card or eftpo?s.

Security Deposit
A $ 500 security deposit will be held against any damage or undue wear and tear. All Damages, breakages or losses to the property (includes extra cleaning or rubbish removal), furniture or furnishings will be paid for by the guest and must be reported to the manager immediately. The loss of keys will attract a replacement and call out cost. Security deposits are refundable approximately 3 days after check out and are subject to the property being left clean and tidy, rubbish dealt with appropriately and the condition of the property is left as close as possible to the condition it was in when you began your stay. The security deposit must be paid on arrival by Visa, MasterCard or cash
General rules applicable to accommodation
? All rubbish shall be wrapped, tied and placed where indicated. Bottles/boxes/glass etc placed in recycling bins where provided. All Rubbish must be removed from the property daily.
? No excess noise from Radios, TVs, doors slamming, voices etc to be made at any time within the property or grounds and in particular in residential areas when returning home late. No noise to be audible outside your apartment and, if necessary, doors & windows should be closed to ensure this. All doors and windows shall be left securely fastened when the premises are left unattended and the Management reserves the right to enter and fasten the same if necessary.
? For security reasons only paying guests registered at time of check in are permitted to be in the building and on the premises. Facilities are for paying guests only. There are to be no visitors. Anti-social or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. A breach of booking conditions will result in immediate eviction. All Guests are required to keep, retain and leave the property in good order. Any damage or breakages are to be reported to the manager immediately.

All of our apartments are fully self contained, with 2 seperate bedrooms, bathroom, lounge, dining and laundry area.
With us being directly on the beach we have fantastic ocean views and direct access to the beach.
