The Village's accommodation ranges from budget priced 3 1/2 star Holiday Villas up to the luxurious Macaw Mansions and 4 1/2 Star Rainforest Retreats. Each cabin type is fully self-contained, with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, reverse cycle air conditioning, up to 3 bedrooms and private driveway parking for one vehicle. The Lorikeet Lodges have ramp access and are designed to cater for guests with special needs (with assistance).

Families can enjoy the free activities each week. These vary weekly and can include face painting, kids games, sand art, colouring in competitions and morning teas with the Macaws and photos with the Macaws. Free activities operate during all seasons.

The Village is a short stroll from a local shopping centre, take away food outlets and restaurants. Gold Coast Tourist Shuttle and Con-X-ion transfers runs daily transfers (at affordable prices) to Sea World, Movie World, Wet 'n Wild, Dreamworld and Currumbin Sanctuary. Tickets and transfers can be arranged with the Village Reception.
