Isabella's Cafe and Bar is open 7 days a week for breakfast. Serves Lunch and Dinner Monday - Friday only. From 21st December 2012 - 13th January 2013 the Isabella's Cafe & restaurant will only be open for continental buffet breakfast only. Outdoor balcony and courtyard seating offers a wonderful experience for guests (weather permitting) in addition to indoor seating options.

Hotel Kurrajong carries a significant history. One of the first hotels/buildings in Canberra, Ben Chifley (former Australian Prime Minister) was a resident for many years including during World War II when he was treasurer. Guests can make a special request to stay in the Chifley Room. We have recently installed four interpretive history panels in the foyer of the hotel to enhance the experience of history enthusiasts visiting the hotel as an attraction and point of ineterest. One of the early proprietors of the hotel was Mrs Isabella Southwell who is also profiled in the interpretive history panels.
